2. Products and Services
Customised Apparel:
We sell printed apparel tailored to the needs of customers in the gaming, finance, catering, sports, beauty, retail, and educational sectors.
Design Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs, text, or images provided to us for printing:
- Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Product Variations:
While we make every effort to display our products accurately, minor variations in color, texture, and design may occur due to screen settings or printing limitations.
3. Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order:
To place an order, you must provide accurate information, including contact details, shipping address, and payment information.
Design Services:
Where design services are required, a fee of EUR 30 is applicable. This fee includes:
- The creation of a custom design according to the client’s requirements.
- Up to three changes or updates to the initial design.
This fee will be credited against orders of a minimum of five items using the same design.
Order Confirmation and Payment:
- Orders will be deemed confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total order amount is received.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.
- Orders will not proceed to production until the deposit is received.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amounts.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Charges:
- A delivery fee of EUR 5 will apply to all local orders with a value of up to EUR 50.
- For orders exceeding EUR 50, delivery is included at no additional cost.
Order Fulfilment Timeframe:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
Delivery Locations:
We deliver to the address specified during checkout.
Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or natural disasters.
International Shipping:
Customs duties, taxes, and other charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Customised Products:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@napendo.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence of the issue.
Order Cancellations:
Orders for customised products can only be cancelled if the production process has not yet begun.

Customer-Provided Designs:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAPENDO shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

- Errors, delays, or interruptions in website functionality.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
